4. Nature of the service — disclaimer

MyHomePrice provides indicative projections of the change in value of real estate properties, calculated by statistical extrapolation of historical public data. These projections do not constitute a property valuation (expertise immobilière) within the meaning of the Charte de l'expertise en évaluation immobilière (Charter of Real Estate Valuation Expertise), nor an opinion of value, nor investment advice within the meaning of the Code monétaire et financier (Monetary and Financial Code), nor financial or wealth management advice. The publishing company is not a real estate professional governed by loi n° 70-9 du 2 janvier 1970 (the "Hoguet Law").

5. Public data sources

The estimates are based on the "Demandes de valeurs foncières" (DVF) database (Property Value Requests database), produced by the Direction générale des finances publiques (DGFiP) (French Directorate General of Public Finances) and published as open data on data.gouv.fr under the Licence Ouverte / Open Licence 2.0 (Etalab). This data is reused in accordance with the terms of that licence, with the source and date of last update indicated where relevant. The results produced by the Site are derivative works that do not engage the liability of either the DGFiP or Etalab.

6. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Site (structure, text, visual identities, logos, code, databases of calculated aggregates) are protected under the provisions of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (Intellectual Property Code) and remain the exclusive property of the publishing company, with the exception of the public data referred to in Article 5 and the third-party trade marks cited below. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited and may constitute an infringement.

The publishing company is the producer, within the meaning of articles L. 341-1 et seq. of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle, of the databases made up of the indices, rankings, forecasts and calculated aggregates presented on the Site. Any extraction or reuse of a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of their content, by any means whatsoever — including automated harvesting ("scraping") or repeated and systematic extraction — is prohibited (articles L. 342-1 and L. 342-2 of the same Code). Indexing by search engines and citation of the Site by artificial intelligence assistants, with the source indicated, are permitted.

Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Brevo, Google and Claude (Anthropic) are trade marks belonging to their respective owners. Their mention on the Site does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, them.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data carried out on the Site is described in the Privacy Policy. The Site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, which are exempt from consent requirements within the meaning of the CNIL's guidelines.
